Product Description
Two powerful models, one mission: full control over every charge. Choose the high-voltage 0-100V/25A for wide compatibility, or the high-current 0-60V/40A for faster charging.
The Capacity.Li Adjustable Charger is a precision power tool for LiFePO4 and lead-acid batteries. Available in two configurations — Model A (0-100V / 0-25A) for wide voltage range coverage, and Model B (0-60V / 0-40A) for high-current fast charging — it adapts to everything from small 12V starter batteries to large 48V/72V solar packs. Both models feature 3 output modes (Lead-Acid, Lithium, Power Supply), three-layer safety protection, and a smart LCD display with real-time monitoring.
Why Choose Capacity.Li?
Two Models, Maximum Flexibility
Model A (0-100V / 25A): Wide voltage range covers 12V through 96V systems — one charger for your entire fleet. Model B (0-60V / 40A): High-current output for 12V–48V batteries, cutting charge times in half when speed matters.
Precision Control
Voltage and current are continuously adjustable. Press-and-hold the knob for quick jumps, or rotate for fine-tuning. Parameters are saved between sessions.
Three-Layer Safety Protection
Reverse polarity, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection in all battery charging modes. Both models meet the same safety standard.
Smart LCD Display
9-zone LCD dashboard: voltage, current, temperatures (sensor + PCB), operating mode, auto-stop threshold, and elapsed time — all at a glance.
Auto-Stop Function
Set a current threshold in CV mode — when the charging current drops below it, the charger shuts down automatically. No overcharging, no babysitting.
Factory Direct Warranty
5-year warranty, 30-day money-back guarantee, free shipping over $99, and lifetime technical support on both models.

Which Model Is Right for You?
| Scenario | Model A (0-100V / 0-25A) | Model B (0-60V / 0-40A) |
|---|---|---|
| Single charger for many battery voltages | ✓ Best choice — covers 12V to 96V | ✓ Covers 12V to 48V |
| Fast charging of 12V / 24V batteries | 25A max per battery | ✓ Up to 40A — faster charge |
| 72V / 96V e-bike / EV battery packs | ✓ Full range up to 100V | Max 60V — not suitable |
| Solar / off-grid 48V LiFePO4 systems | ✓ Wide voltage headroom | ✓ High current for larger banks |
| Lead-acid (6V / 12V) batteries | ✓ Works, but 25A max | ✓ 40A for faster recovery |
| Power supply mode (constant V/C) | ✓ Flexible output range | ✓ Higher current capacity |
Three Output Modes
Built-In Safety Protection
Note: Power Supply Mode does not include reverse polarity or short-circuit protection on either model. Always verify positive/negative connections before use.
Smart LCD Display Interface
The built-in LCD provides a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring and control. The display is divided into clearly labeled zones:
- ① Sensor Temperature — real-time heat sink temperature
- ② PCB Temperature — internal board temperature
- ③ Master Control Switch — on/off indicator
- ④ Voltage & Current Settings — up to 100V/25A (A) or 60V/40A (B)
- ⑤ Auto-Stop Settings — current threshold for automatic shutdown
- ⑥ Device Operating Status — CC / CV / standby
- ⑦ Output Mode — Lead-acid / Lithium / Power Supply
- ⑧ Operating Parameters — real-time voltage, current, power
- ⑨ Operating Time — elapsed charge duration
Charging Logic: In constant-current (CC) mode, high current quickly replenishes energy while voltage rises gradually. Once the battery voltage reaches the preset value, the system automatically switches to constant-voltage (CV) mode, and current decreases accordingly until the auto-stop threshold is reached. The charger retains all parameters after power-off.
