Q: ls there a risk of heating or catching fire if the power cord is thin.

A: All connecting wires of this device are custom pure copper, effectively preventing overheating.lt supports over 50A high-current charging when connected to the battery via the Anderson connector; if using clips, the small contact area with battery terminals may cause high temperatures, so keep the current within 50A.

Q: Does the device make a lot of noise while charging?

A: The device is equipped with an intelligent temperature-controlled high-speed cooling fan, which automatically adjusts its speed based on temperature changes (the fan speeds up as the temperature rises). When the device operates at high power, a certain amount of wind noise will be generated.Users sensitive to noise are advised to purchase with caution.

Q: Why does the voltage drop after we connect the battery?

A:This is the charger's real-time operating voltage, roughly equal to the voltage across the battery, lt rises synchronously as the battery voltage increases, until reaching the preset full-charge voltage. When the two voltages balance, the charger stops working automatically.

Q: Does this charger have short-circuit protection and reverse-connection protection?

A:The charger's host has short-circuit protection but no reverse-connection protection, However, its output cable has a fuse. lf you accidentally reverse the connection and blow the fuse, the host won't be damaged -just replace it with the spare fuse we provided to use it normally.

Q: ls it possible to modify your chargers?
