Electrical Specifications:
AC Input Voltage: 110V/220V
DC Output Voltage: 0-100V adjustable
DC Output Current: 0-20A adjustable
Note:
The maximum output current of this product can be adjusted to 25A. For prolonged operation, it is recommended to set the current at no more than 20A to ensure stable device performance.
0utput Modes:
Lead-acid Battery Charging Mode
Lithium Battery Charging Mode
Power Supply Mode
When the charger is in operation, switching the output mode will cause the charger to automatically shut down. To resume use, manual restart is required.
Among these output modes, all three are equipped with over-temperature protection. The Lithium Battery Mode and Lead-Acid Battery Mode additionally feature reverse connection protection and short-circuit protection, while the Power Mode does not have these two protection functions.

④ Current and Voltage Settings
Voltage and current are adjustable, with ranges of 0-100V and 0-25A respectively.Quick parameter adjustment: Press and hold the adjustment knob.Precise fine-tuning: Rotate the adjustment knob directly.Note: Do not adiust the voltage while the charger is in operation
⑤ Auto-Stop Settings
In the constant voltage (CV) mode, the charging current will decrease gradually. When the current drops to the set value, the charger will automatically shut down.

⑧ Device Operating Parameters
In the initial stage of charging, a high current is used to quickly replenish energy. During this period, the battery voltage rises gradually, and its real-time display value remains lower than the preset charging voltage. When the battery voltage reaches this preset value, the system will automatically switch to the constant voltage mode, and the charging current will decrease accordingly.

FAQ
Why must the charging voltage be higher than the battery's nominal voltage?
• During charging, it is necessary to overcome the battery's internal resistance and counter-electromotive force. The voltage needs to be 20%-30% higher than the nomina voltage to achleve effective charging. this is a fundamental requirement for the electrochemical charging reaction.
When the current drops below the set threshold during charging, the charger activates the automatic stop mechanism. What is the core purpose of this function?
• Prolonged low-current charging may cause the battery temperature to rises lowly. Especially for large-capacity batteries (such as those used in electric vehicles and energy storage systems), accumulated heat can lead to issues like swelling and electrolyte leakage, and in extreme cases, even pose safety hazards. The automatic stop function can cut off power when the current drops beloweshold, fundamentally reducing the heat-related risks caused by prolonged low-current charging.
Why does the charger fan keep running after the power is disconnected?
• The charger is equipped with a "delayed cooling" function. After power disconnection, the fan will keep running for a few seconds. This is a normal protective mechanism, not a malfunction, so no need to worry.
Will the charger retain its previous parameters after being powered off?
• This charger is equipped with a memory function, When disconnected from power, it automatically saves all previously configured parameters, with the exception of the switch status. Upon reconnection to power, the switch defaultsto the factory-set "Off" position. To switch it to "On", you need to access these condary menu and complete the configuration. The specific steps are as follows:
Adjust the selection box to the "Output Mode" position. Press and hold the adjustment knob to access the secondary menu. Modify the "OFF" setting displayed in the image to "ON", then return to the previous interface.
Why does the current halve during charging?
The current halves during charging due to the device's over-temperature protection mechanism. When the sensor detects a temperature of approximately 85°C, or the motherboard temperature reaches around 55°C, the charger will automatically reduce power to control the temperature. Once the temperature drops to a safe range, it will resume the original charging power.
